Медведев назвал недопустимым использование в личных интересах ресурс «Единой России»
Глава правительства Дмитрий Медведев заявил, что партия «Единая Россия» не собирается мириться с таким положением, при котором региональные элиты из-за распрей не правильно распорядиться избирательной кампанией и обеспечить победу.
Проходящее заседание высшего и генерального советов «Единой России» дало начало широкому обсуждению положения о предварительном голосовании (ПВГ) в региональных отделениях. Эта процедура по отбору кандидатов в партийные списки и самовыдвиженцев на выборах в Госдуму-2016, даст возможность увидеть, насколько региональные и местные главы усвоили уроки прошлых кампаний.
Премьер отметил, что в целом результат получен хороший и выборы показали, что «Единая Россия» остается лидером — по стране ее поддержали 41 млн россиян. Беспокоит лишь то, что не везде победой смогли распорядиться правильно. В качестве негативного примера были приведены Нижний Новгород и Новосибирская область, где регионалы не смогли сделать главное — правильно расставить кадры. И это при том, что в обоих регионах партией было получено большинство мандатов.
Медведев напомнил, в ряде регионов конфликты начали происходить еще на предварительных этапах избирательной кампании, а в Арзамасе произошел вообще вопиющий случай — победителям праймериз было отказано в регистрации кандидатам и пришлось вмешиваться федеральному руководству партии.
Сегодня партийное руководство, сообщает «Регнум», предупредило регионалов, что не собирается мириться с таким положением дел. По словам Медведева, партия — это политический ресурс, которыц принадлежит народу, и использовать его в личных интересах недопустимо.
Региональным лидерам премьер посоветовал сделать выводы: «Только неумный человек не извлекает уроков из ошибок. Насколько хорошо усвоили — покажут праймериз», — сказал он.
Как отметил глава фонда «Петербургская политика» Михаил Виноградов, руководство партии в этой ситуации должно отладить всю внутрипартийную систему: «Внутриэлитные конфликты происходят не только при определении кандидатов на выборы, часто это более масштабный процесс, связанный с приоритетной политикой, бюджетным процессом. Поэтому в регионах, на уровне региональных правительств действительно есть потребность в медиаторе, который сможет находить общий язык с различными конфликтующими группами. Другое дело, что, по сути эта функция внутриполитического блока региональных администраций, губернатора. Но партия тоже может быть площадкой для такой медиации там, где не дорабатывает блок региональной администрации», — считает эксперт.
При этом, он подчеркнул, что если конфликтов немного, это допустимое явление и «ЕР» может спокойно их пережить, ведь «внутриэлитные» конфликты естественная вещь в любой политической системе. В то же время, необходимо разработать четкий механизм решения подобных конфликтов.

Для элиты свои законы,для смердов другие.(Элиты в общероссийском масштабе-Сечин и Якунин,которые немного ровнее всех остальных,Песков-который женился на гражданке США, Сердюков,Васильева ну и тд.).. 2 Отдайте этому "умнику" его айфончик-пусть играется а не ляпает

Здесь не это возбуждает, кто есть кто давно понятно. Псевдолидер "Едра" призывает элитных подельников правильно распорядиться победой на выборах. Посадить на хлебные места нужных людей, не конфликтовать между собой, выбрать "решал"-медиаторов для распределения бабла, которого сейчас стало намного меньше. Ну, а то что "элита" мало чего смыслит в реальном деле, его не волнует. Всегда найдется козел отпущения, если что.
